Man And Sons Arrested For ‘Blue-Eyed Devil’ Road Rage Attack

Mahmoud Alkhazaleh, 53, was charged with a hate crime and his three adult sons were charged with felony aggravated battery after they allegedly beat a white motorist and called him a “blue-eyed devil” after the victim honked at Alkhazaleh.

    DID HE HAVE BLUE EYES, WERE HIS ACTIONS DEVILISH, IF THEY WERE NOT THEN THESE GENTLMEN , WERE A LITTLE OVER BOARD.

    Their are a couple of key things that are being overlooked with this incident and how it was publicized.

    First off, the only person who landed in the hospital was the Father, who is alleged to have initiated this attack. Every one else, including the so-called victim walked off without needing any medical attention.

    Secondly, its quite a surprise that the name of the so-called is not mentioned any where while on the other hand the names of the father and sons have been splash all over the media.

    Another key thing never reported was the fact that the so-called victim him self was a fire fighter thus had the ability to strongly influence what was written in the police report and what was said to the media.

    Lastly, last I checked the driver was in the car so how come Mr.Alkhazaleh, a 55 year old man was able to strike him and where exactly was he able to find stones to throw at him in the middle of an average neighborhood. If Mr.victim was indeed so innocent than why didn’t he simply drove off rather than allowed Mr.Alkhazaleh to quote “strike him” and also gave Mr.Alkhazaleh the time to call upon his sons from the second floor of the apartment building.

    This entire episode sounds to much like a made up story and though I don’t deny that both sides must have restrained them self but to slap a hate crime and all the others charges on these men just shows how crook our legal system has become thats these men are still fighting these charges today.
