According to police, a group of at least five teenagers scrawled racial slurs and pictures of Ku Klux Klansmen and burning crosses on the cars and homes of 10 minority families in West Richland.

    I read the whole story”in the paper”im confused as to who the real victims are, the kids scribbling, or the mexicans stealing cars from?probably white folks.!!!
