Nebraska Town Council Proposes Banning Illegal Immigrants

The Fremont, Neb. town council heard public testimony on a proposed ordinance to drive out illegal immigrants at a hearing that was marred by “racial and anti-immigrant remarks,” according to the Nebraska Mexican-American Commission.
