Military High Court Rules In Favor Of White Supremacist

Protected free speech? Maybe….but this IDIOT bears watching to make sure his “free speech” doesn’t take him or others into the usual abyss of hate practiced by white supremacists. The Military should get RID of him – its credibility and respect has already gone downhill due to a few bad apples among our troops.

Free Speech isn’t free if we single out exceptions. No doubt he was an embarrassement to the military but as an American, ignorant or not, he should be free to espouse his white supremacist views.
Not all issues and rights are equal. If this were a gay military man espousing Gay Rights views, he would have been out of the military with no court review at all.
Freedom is an evolving notion and we are still evolving (despite the current eight year regression).

Attending Ku Klux Klan rallies and espousing white supremacist racist views IS Constitutionally protected free speech. Good. Give them enough rope to hang themselves.
BUT, associating with these groups is against the rules in the military. Your Intelligence Report did a story on this recently. Unfortunately, the military is so short on recruits for their unpopular oil war that they are actively recruiting white supremacists and ignoring their own rules.
This guy would get a dishonorable discharge if the Army were still enforcing its rules.

To Those Cretins decrying this wonderful young man – were there more stout fellows like him – the military, and the rest of the Nation would not be in the grotesque state of decay that [it] roils in, at present. American was agreat nation when Americans lived by the principles set forth by the WHITE CHRISTIAN FOUNDERS OF THIS NATION. The only mistake that real Americans EVER made was to allow all the subhuman vermin free reign – you know the non-Whites. And especially the parasitical JEWS. This Nation is falling to pieces – but wil be reborn. Whites will rise like a glorious Phoenix, from the ashes of this Talmudic Hell. it is in their manifesto to live with others until the time for race war is at hand. these people have been in the military for years. we are the ones training them to kill our own, it’s only a matter of time before another oklahoma city happens, they are waiting for a catalyst, a reason, an excuse that will spark the final solution, that is; the end of all subhumans (nonwhite, only blond blue eyed aryans in perfect health need apply). while we sit idly by and watch as these groups keep recruiting the ignorant pawns into their hategroups. they will go to any lengths, use anyone, say anything, to achieve their racewar.

The Klu Klux Klan organization needs to be banned altogether under the new hate laws. Since the Klu Klux Klan has such an evil background with a purely criminal history it has no right to rally anywhere in the USA today. Free speech laws cannot align with such a hate group or organization under any conditions. Whoever supports such a hate clan of evil is in absolute violation of the highest laws of the USA and has avoided their responsibility to the United States Constitution. Nazi groups or groups that were outlawed by World War II by millions of soldiers have no right to parade or assemble privately or publically on American soil by the high rights of the laws and America’s past. Freedom of Speech laws extends itself too far to cover the tails of these two beasts with two heads that either has to eradicate itself or be eradicated through education, knowledge, and spiritual escalation through some type of events or causes. Judges who do not support the new hate laws in place should definitely be ousted out of their seats. Those are not considered judges in America’s highest ideal and spirit…those are supporters of Aryanism which was outlawed during World War II. There is no loophole except that inunity of America on these premises. Hate groups with an evil, barbaric, and criminal past cannot continue to exist as is, was, and never should have. Stronger laws need to bar those types of rallys and political parties of sorts. Just like laws do not want to uphold gang memberships to Crips, bloods, or the like. A judge who would allow rallying, fundraising, and the like for Crips gang would be considered a foolish judge as well not worthy of the title of judge.

to late the fox is already in the henhouse. wait for it, wait for it, wait for it. i.e. neo conservatives, fooling so called christians into believing it is in their best interests to vote for them and their agenda, to create a theocracy, where white religious fanatics control our country, then the world. seems farfetched, that it can’t happen here? look around you they just keep getting bolder and bolder all the time. it’s not too late. i still say the best way to exposethese people and their agenda is to put them on billboards and have them start answering questions like what do you stand for. should autistic children be killed for the sake of racial purity? let real america decide, shine the light on them, i’m sure public opinion would shift from i’ts,”not my problem”. to, ” lets get rid of these people and the judges who grant any kind of permission for these people to hold any kind of demonstration. kudos to DR.

the us military barracks are filled with hate rap from boot camps to bunkers in iraq, how in the world is a white man supposed to deny being oppressed in this country of racial sympathy that is focused on the mid 1960s ?
i would like to see what a popular country music artist could do with some lyrics about white in america.
