    It is clear the shooter was not a Christian. He was acting out like a member of the left I recall they did the same thing happened at columbine, and the socialist – Nazi, and communist who hated homosexuals and Christians killed millions

    Excuse me Richard but he hated Liberals so I’m sure he wasn’ a member of the Left also Liberals don’t hate homosexuals and Christians. It was your great Right that caused him to go off the deep end. From what he read and listened to pushed him over the edge. Guys like Hasn’tany and Lumbaugh you know the rest, such “good Christians” “great Americans” all they do is judge people and say a lot of lhateful things about people and lie!!     Your link to the story about the shooter was from Fox News, the unofficial organ of the Republican Party. Why in the world would SPLC choose this link to explain the shooting? I thought I was going to read something with some insight into the shooting. Instead it was the same tired article I have read before. It just shocked me to see FOX NEWS’ banner on the article I was reading. For the record, everthing they say is suspect.

    I agree with Karen. I’m surprised that a different news source wasn’t sited. It is telling that information on the shooter’s favorite reading matter isn’t even mentioned by Fox and yet, the authors sited, O’Reilly, Hannity and Savage, peddle hatred of liberal United States citizens in their publications and their speech.

    The man who did this horrible crime was raised by a family who also thought the man should make all the decisions in a family and that women should not speak out. This man was from the same county I grew up in. I talked to someone who grew up with him and they said he had always needed psychological care.
