Third Vinlander Skinhead Sentenced For 2007 Attack

Racist skinhead Timothy Dumas, 24, was sentenced to one year in prison for his role in the March 2007 beating of a black homeless man by Dumas and two other members of the Vinlanders Social Club.

He`ll be out in one year and repeatly committing the exact same crimes. Sorry, but that’s a common pattern in these individuals(skinheads/neo-Nazis). They are offenders who repeat the same crimes once released. A 5 year sentenced would have been more suitable than 1.

In Indianapolis… if he would have been black, he would have received a sentence of 25 to life for attempted murder.
Indianapolis Indiana is the headquarters for the Ku Klux Klan.

Actually the perputrators in this incident were charged with “criminal recklessness” and “battery”.
If they were guilty of “attempted murder”, certainly their sentences would be a little harsher than a one year or a five year prison term. The justice system is still biased in a lot of places and Whites seemed to be at an advantage simply because they’re “White”. Many of them are receiving slaps on the wrists while their Non-White counterparts are recieving jail time. We still have a lot of work to eliminate favortitsm in our Justice system. The White Supremacists say the “Jews run the system”??? Well, if they did, the White criminals would certainly received harsher sentences for their heinous crimes as equal as to their Non-White counterparts. I hope more Non-Whites will seek careers in Law and Justice, for the Americans.

Unfortunately, institutional racism is a reality for many of us. I myself am victim of such. I choose to fight this embedded racism through legal avenues. That is the only way to speak their language. When one door closes, keep knocking, in fact, pound if you have to, but please continue your good work to help slam the jail cells on these predators of Humanity.

Recently I read somewhere in a newspaper online and I’m not sure which ones since I read a lot of them. It states that Non-Whites have a better advantage over Whites in Law School. And this was excerpted from a local media source taken from recent studies conducted on Race and Law Schools. And I can look for a link if needed or you can googled it. But favoritism still exists in many institutions, but not necessarily racism but rather dicrimination. The Justice system in a lot of rural areas are still retroactively stuck in early 20th century style Injustice, where many Whites seemed to get off easy when committing the exact same crimes as Non-Whites. Most of them Blacks and Natives in small town America are victimized by biases and unfair jury trials compared to Whites. And Whites have a higher criminal rate in small town America compared to that of Non-Whites who also live in small town(excluding large cities).

The African American homeless man spit in Mr. Dumas’ face. I don’t care what race, creed, color or sexual orientation you are, you spit in my face and you’re getting your ass kicked. The homeless guy tried to talk shit about Mr. Dumas’ friend’s tattos and an argument ensued. The homeless guy spit in Tim’s face during the arguement and Tim punched him. One of his friends also punched and kicked him. Just because Tim Dumas and his friends had a history of associating with a white supremecy club does not necessarily mean that this is a hate crime.

It is pretty ridiculous that all of you are using the words “heinous” and saying he should have got 5 years. There are child molesters all over the country serving NO jail time and you are worried because some dumb skinhead got in a fight with a homeless guy (with several felony convictions)? You people are all stupid. Since when in America is it fair to step in and add charges after the fact? The skinheads were stupid for doing what they did, but to come in later with trumped up charges show the REAL heinous acts committed in America. Mr. Lewis did not even need medical attention, you people are sadists and out for blood. Chase real threats like illegal immigrant gang members and people that abuse children.
