A federal grand jury indicted former GOP congressional candidate Tan Nguyen for hindering the investigation of a mailer warning immigrants against voting that was sent to Latino voters in 2006 under the masthead of the California Coalition for Immigration Reform.

    I dont know why he would do such a thing, after all dont legal immigrants already have the right to vote? Or was he talking about those that can’t legally vote by law instead? Guess we might have to ask A-corn about that one?
