Oh heck, what’s one more queer more or less? That is not MY feelings, it is the way those sick offspring of unmarried parents feel. Not that long ago I was asked by someone why I felt that I should be able to live. After all, the moron said to me, you’re disabled and in a wheelchair, what do you have to live for? You people shouldn’t be able to be out in public where we have to look at you.
Now if you don’t think that the hairs on the back of my neck went shooting straight out, you’re nuts! Before the piece of garbage knew what was happening, I stood up, turned around and had him by the throat and pushed him to the ground.
I may be a woman, but I’ve been in wheelchairs for a long time and my upper body strength is as good as any man’s.
Once he was down (keep in mind that I was not thinking straight at the time; I was outraged at his suggestion that my life was worthless) I put my foot on his throat and I asked him why I should let him live; why a weakling like him should be permitted to live and be seen in public when a mere crippled woman could beat him up.
Once I let him up he RAN, the coward. I’ve a feeling that he isn’t going to be bragging to his sick buddies about the crip who brought him down.
Had I been in my right mind, I’d never have done it, but I snapped…and I’m glad that I did.

One queer may be gone but a skinhead suffers more by serving “4 consecutive lifeterms in prison”(without parole?). The public won’t have to worry about this turd reicher for life.
For the law has prevailed and Justice was served.

A death sentence might have been better but it takes forever to execute someone anyway. I wonder why you had to comment here Geno[syde]? Don’t like skinheads but can’t stomach gay men? Aren’t you just trading one hatred for another then?

MrsCaptJack–
“A death sentenced might have been better.”
Neither is this logic quoted above is any better from someone who fears AIDS/HIV and homosexuality. I admit that I share some conservative views, but I am not a Republican(Wing-Nut) nor do i refer myself as one.
Do you have any idea how much it cost tax payers to put an inmate to death in a death penalty??? That’s the last thing a state (with budget shortfalls in a dire economic meltdown) needs to do, is put him out when he can spend the rest of his life incarcerated, without hurting your state`s budget woes.
on October 19th, 2008 at 1:05 pm
Actually, I do. Read the whole sentence. Not only does it take forever, it costs a fortune but only because of the mandatory appeals process. The guy pled guilty, it’s not like he didn’t do it, so any automatic appeal should be waived and a death sentence carried out immediately. That would save us all money.
Our prisons are so over-crowded now that even some violent offenders are put right back on the street after claiming drug addiction. In cases like this, why should the states pay to house him, clothe him, and give him an education? He purposely hunted someone just for the sake of killing them. Ask yourself how you would feel if this was a member of your family that had been killed.

“That would save us all the money.”
Wrong.
MrsCaptJack you missed the entire point. Obviously you garner no understandings of about the costs of the death penalty system. May I suggest you go to this link and conduct a little research and see for yourself.
http://www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/cost-death-penalty
It cost each state an additional $90,000 per year, per inmate and additional millions to excute one inmate alonei. It cost the state twice as much to house a single inmate on death row than those in maximum security and the general population combined. Just click on the link I provided above and read the facts for yourself.
An inmate should not be put to death simply because they were:
“Claiming drug addiction”, is downright unreasonable as it is un-necessary. Drug addicts can be rehabilitated, so too can a skinhead change his life and beliefs regarding his views on race. But what cannot be rehabilitated are Child Molesters and Pedophiles. Particularly level 3 and 2 offenders.

I haven’t missed the entire point at all. You have. What I’m suggesting has never been done (in this country) and will never be done here. What I’m suggesting is a rather immediate execution in a situation where guilt is an absolute. No “death row” housing because none would be needed.
I don’t need to educate myself with your figures because, again, the figures for what I am suggesting do not occur.
And finally, I never suggested that an inmate be put to death because of a drug addiction. I simply mentioned that many violent offenders get off without jany ail time because our prisons are over-crowded.

“The degree of civilzation in a society can be judged by entering its prisons” quota by Fyodor Dostoevsky
In hindsight, we do not live in that kind of a society.
“Many violent offenders get off jany ail[sic] because our prisons are overgrounded.”
Actually our Justice system reeks of favoritism as it is biased. Many White criminals are “getting off” easy without real Justice being served in some instances. And many non-Aryans could be wrongfully accused to some degree. Which may explain why the *some* prisons are overcrowded in *some* states.
“What I’m suggesting is a rather immediate excution in a situation where guilt is an absolute.”
Your idealogy can be juxtaposed to a third world inhumane treatments of prisoners. And I doubt ithat logic will ever be adopted in our lifetime. Not because we are an Islamic justice styled system. But rather we are more civilized Nation that’s implemented with a fair Justice instition. That comes with the package of Freedom(the right to a fair jury trial and access to attorneys) and Democracy(human rights included). But you’re right on one point. A quick no mercy method may never be applied in our justice system–
“What I’m suggesting has never been done(in this country) and will never be done here.”
That’s the big difference between you and I. Is that you’re all about suggestions and rhetoric. I’m all about reality and common sense.
“I do not need to educate myself with your figures.”
Ignorance breeds infighting. Because they’re are folks who are so ignorant about a lot of things. Moreover, if you ever wanted to live in a society of brutal justice. There’s never a shortage of countries of your choice: China, Middle East and Third World countries. I certianly believe the skinhead should serve out his time for the rest of his life. And putting him to death will not solve your societal problems. And I think the death penalty should be strictly reserved for qualified applicants such a serial killers, level 3 sex offenders, child killers as well as cop killers. And that’s all I’m gonna say on this post and will end my response to you here.

Oops.
My typo should be printed like thisj
“It isn’t because we are *NOT* an Islamic Nation”. Or whatever.
As I have a habit of dashing out what I type, I may make mistakes as usual.
