Shenandoah Residents Plan 'Crime Watch Group'

Angered by the uproar over the recent beating death of Mexican immigrant Luis Ramirez, dozens of Schuylkill County, Penn. residents attended an anti-immigration picnic where they planned to launch a local 'crime watch' organization.
