I think the jury should be all white are at least over half. They don’t stand a chance because they made a big deal of being skinheads. That should have been kept out of the news. They don’t stand a chance for a fair trail, away you look at it!!

Thus, there shall be Blacks, Hispanics and other forms of “non-Whites” on the jury trial, including White women who harbor no critical ideologies on race that may be sympathetic to the WN. Otherwise, the White Supremacists will be set free to commit recidivism once released back into society.

Any intelligent person, regardless of race can make an unbiased judgement. So now are you saying that all whites will defend skinheads? Not all whites are right winged, racist nationalists.
Now do we start to pick juries based on race???

Is a plot to kill a man and take away a father, husband, son, uncle,cousin, friend and president FAIR???? If these sickos got away with killing Obama would it be fair to all of those who would suffer behind that loss?

Realistically, these guys have been judged & convicted by the Press. Frankly, I’m not sure how to go about making a really fair trial for anyone; let alone someone who is on trail for a news-worthy crime of hideous level or great influence.
Presumption of innocence is something this nation has always side-stepped unless it was fought for.
In most every totalitarian system or State, the Accused was assumed to be guilty. The fight against Jim Crow had intentions of dealing with this inequity when a Black man went to trial; as it was a given that any man of color was guilty when brought before a judge.
On University campuses today the opposite is true but it is just as much unjust. In fact some of the most destructive blunders in attempts at change that I have seen in my lifetime have occurred via University activities. The riots at the ’68 Democratic convention being the hallmark and “PC-Speak” today being a continuing example that will plague any student who does not know how to “frame his or her discourses.
These little sh*ts are already convicted. but what if they weren’t so obviously racially motivated? The idea of “framing” someone is SO easy to do with the Press on your side that it’s really pretty frightening. The Press is so easily manipulated that it has become a parody of itself. My point is that most everyone has already wrapped this one up…..but imagine if this was not as simple as some kid with racist tattoos and pictures of himself looking so vicious (with his little feminine body and Cherub face)? We used to do this all the time…..with kids of a different color. Isn’t it time we cut out this garbage?

“Forget fair……justice was done.”
In this case, “Justice” hasn’t been “done” yet. They were simply put in a holding cell until the jury trial gets under way. They have a 50-50% chance of being set free. And no, we shall not “forget” that everyone is entitled to a “fair” trial regardless of their crimes or intentions. But however, there is a point to your argument that a non-White facing the Justice system is almost always biased and unfair. Especially some Blacks who were sentenced to Death Row and were innocently put to death because their trials weren’t “fair” or their lawyers just didn’t put any effort to defend them. History has shown us that copiously but I think times are changing.

Cry me a river. I’m as much for real justice as the next guy, but I’m not going to lose any sleep over someone who would do the same thing if the shoe was on the other foot. “Be done by as ye would do”, I say. Or, to put it in Buddhist terms: Karma is a bitch.

If the defendents were complaining that the POOL of potential jurors was skewed & biased, that would be grounds for an inquiry…
But since when has the accused ever had the right of picking any of the actual grand jurors???
Ordinary jurors at a proceeding are vetted by both sides, so they have will have another chance to complain in the future…

The Grand Jury isn’t the jury that puts them in prison, it’s the jury that decides if there is enough evidence to actually charge them. They’re charged with hatecrimes based upon who they are – skinheads, racists. You might try understanding what you’re commenting on before you actually put your fingers to the keyboard.

Racist skinheads who plotted to assassinate the first Black president in history along with 100 other African Americans is worried about Blacks being on their jury.
Gee I wonder why…lol
It will not matter. They will get convicted for their plot.
