Judge Denies Bill White Bail

    Why Can’t these groups be classified as domestic terrorists; and be dealt with like other Global terrorists?

    We don’t classify hate groups as “terrorist” groups because we have a body of law, dating back centuries to deal with crime, which is what this is.

    James, is that just for the White Supremacists, or should all racists and racist groups/gangs/clubs be treated as terrorists? You do realize how terrorist groups are handled in the international arena, don’t you? They are usually killed. If they are unlucky enough they are imprisoned. And you feel this is better than the American Criminal Justice system?

    The system we have now is no doubt flawed and corrupt. Something none of us no matter the race nor color should tolerate. BUT we make it even more flawed if we expect a heavy hand to be dealt without following the due process.

    Do you also realize that there are far more racists groups than just those the media sees? Consider that the Catholic Church supported Hitler. Consider that in the early days the Mormon church was just as if not more racist than the KKK itself. What about the police? Honestly James, anytime any cop ass-rapes a man with a mop handle I strongly feel they should get that for punishment.

    Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think any of it is right. But we have a due process we must follow. If we don’t then why do we bother having a Constitution?

    Something to consider is if you look at America as a whole, you will find state and federal agencies to be more terrorist in nature than even the neo-nazis. The neo-nazis don’t tax you and threaten to jail you for not paying the taxes, the neo-nazis aren’t forcing you to pay fines for crimes you may not have committed, and they sure ain’t forcing their way into your home to make sure you aren’t abusing your kids. Our government does that. When you compare wrongs committed by governments, you’ll see that our government is not only ignoring the US Constitution, but it is acting literally on the same level as many of the third world nations it wages wars against.

    Gang Members
    Hate Groups
    International Terrorist Organizations
    Drug cartels
    Rapists
    Child Molesters
    Home Invaders
    Racism
    The Jan Janwi Militias in Sudan
    Corrupt Law Enforcement personnel

    Are all terrorists, I believe. I also believe to globally reduce this phenomena; World leaders need to have a strong committment of intolerance to the aforementioned to reduce it on a global scale, “Much like the Committment of the Roman Empire to crush its enemies”
