And why is this anybody’s business?

What could be a good comment about this? The important things were implied by the video, that the kids are happy and the parents love them. What some parents don’t understand, however, is that as kids mature their needs change. Socialization becomes an issue. These parents are probably seeking to challenge the system that ostracized them by giving their kids names that would encourage the same response. My general belief is that when parents try to psychotically impose their own experience on their children, that is backwards. Our most hopeful philosophy as a nation is that we make better lives for our children than we ourselves had, that is when we are generous and forward-thinking.

These children may face all sorts of difficulties as they grow older–Adolf in particular. No different than the child my supervisor knew of named “Va’ Gina”…It is the business of the government to protect children when no one else cares to do so…I am by far not a big fan of DYFS, as I deal with them on a regular basis and find them a bit overbearing, but putting children in this situation is cruel.

Good. Now get the names changed before the kids are scarred for life by the ridicule of other kids.

Though I didn’t think it particularly prudent to name your child over one of histories greatest political leaders given the oppressive times we now live in, it shouldn’t be the reason to take someones children away from them.

I understand why SPLC followers would find this interesting, but these are still 3 children in an abuse and neglect case and their identities and details of their situation, including the fact that they were removed, are supposed to kept confidential. If it weren’t for the name, this would not get any publicity from SPLC.

Well, Cat, if you’re sick enough to name your kids after Nazi war criminals regardless of the effect it will have on them in later life, it should be someone’s business. Read the background on this and perhaps you won’t need to ask the question…

Here is a disturbing thought. Do you think the parents named their kids after Nazis to get their 15 minutes of fame? I’m sure if they named them Lucifer Beelzebub Satan Campbell the churches would be all over their asses. lol
