It doesn’t matter what “ethnic background” or “race” “Little Feather” was a member of – she participated in crimes which resulted in murder. She should go to jail forever. That’ll give her plenty of time to reflect on the company she chose to keep and the results of her decisions. May we never have to hear about her again – she can cry all she wants in jail, but she belongs there.

Regardless of what you think you may know of this case, it is not clear that she was either a member of any Aryan Circle or participated in the crime. SShe was the one who notified the motel person and asked that 911 be called. This is on the video of the crime. I suppose that the officers who died had their car camera on the room, 111.

If a trial by jury results in a guilty verdict and all other court appeals validate that finding…She’s guilty!

This has not yet hit the Appeals Court. Guilt should not be determined by the views of the suspect or the seriousness of the crime. This has all the earmarks of that being the case.

I do not have near the confidence in the process of the criminal justice system you do, Sidoti. Familiarity breeds contempt – of the prosecutors, the police, the defense lawyers, the correctional authorities, and the criminals themselves. I worked a a professional in that area for 26 years.

Here is some reading for you:

When you finish those, I can provide a variety of victims of the criminal justice system, released killers, exonerated convicts, forced false convictions, and forensic frauds. That is just the tip of the iceberg.

From what I saw one the video It seemed that she came out of the motel room with her hands up and not running, went to the hotel manager and told him to call 911. The police state that she was the one that set them up, that she was Aryan circle and several other remarks. Basically she was a slave to Clem who died in the shoot out and she ended up talking the fall for him. I know…

To the folks crying about Tanya being innocent, you should probably do a little more research. The motel camera saw just about everything, from the police pulling up in front of the room, to them getting shot. The cops were actually there looking for another guy, the one whose name the room was in. He stole a stereo so they were after him. Tanya and Dennis were hiding out in La after Dennis shot at a truck killing two teenagers. Anyhow when Tanya opened the door to the room the cops went inside, Dennis was hiding in the bathroom with two pistols, then rushed out with the pistols and the cops ran out the room, Dennis then ran out and opened fire on them , killing them both. Tanya ran out the room with her hands up. The manager asked what was going on, she yelled ” I don’t know, call the police, call the ambulance ” and walked off the property. Their plan was to let her escape back to Houston Tx..While Dennis had a plan to go out in the religious beliefs he had, like a Viking..He truly believed in this religion “Norse Mythology”..I’m just wondering if he is in Valhalla now..But yes Tanya is guilty, she was a part if the Aryan Circle. Women are important to the Aryan family, therefore she knew exactly what she was doing. While most of you see her and think, she was just a pretty girl that was brain washed by a bad guy,,blah blah blah..the fact of the matter is, she was along for the ride because she chose that path in her life to go down…Guilty guilty guilty!!! She may not have been the one firing the shots, but she damn sure didn’t warn the police to take cover either did she? Hmm now there’s something to stuff in your pipe and choke on..
