    This has to be a joke if this agreement is allowed then the state is condoning hate killings. If you are not white in The Commonwealth of PA, you had better rethink your position on your chosen leadership.

    For three young men to be charged with murder is clear evidence that hate is nurtured. Where are the parents of the three charged with the crime of killing Luis Ramirez…

    A civil rights case and a criminal court hearing should bring each of those charged with the kiling of Mr. Ramirez should be the least that is done in the name of justice.
