The justice system is a beautiful thing, I get feed and housed though it’s the best but it’s better than a lot of non law breakers. You think I’m insane, look at the people that allow me to live bill free for the rest of my life. God Bless America, Land that I Love.

It’s a shame that these scumbags don’t also have their parents standing trial right up along side of them.

In cases like this, I sometimes wish our death penalty were more like China’s. There the guilty are put to death within days of their conviction. Think of all the money this country could save from not having to house them for decades. Some of the money could then be used to crack down on the extremists looking to destroy the lives of the innocent.

It’s his right under the constitution to look like an idiot — acting like one is another story

He’s just a typical Republican gone off the deep end.
They’re all psychotic racists like this guy, they’re all drinking and doing meth and oxycontin, and they’re all heavily armed.
And they’ve all been listening to ranting psychotics like
Junkie Rush Limbaugh, PervOreilly, Mann Coulter, Glenn-or-Glenda Beck, Sean Insannity, Michelle Anchor Baby Malkin, Michael Savage Weiner, ad nauseum.
We’re going to see a lot more of these whackos goign off the deep end as their sick torture party becomes more and more irrelevant.
One of their psychotic hate radio hosts is already calling for them to mass on the Capitol this July 4th…a million moron march of drugged up rednecks armed to the teeth.
We could be in for a rough ride.

Actually, Becky, you are factually incorrect.
The death penalty costs MORE than “housing them for decades”. And even with the expensive appeals process, we have probably executed innocent people in the US. Illinois had to put a moratorium on their death penalty because there were men on death row who were proven innocent by new DNA testing and other evidence.
Your solution is to short circuit the appeals process, which would only lead to MORE innocent people being executed. That’s not the way to do.
In fact, that was why the Supremes put a moratorium on the death penalty in the late 60s. The death penalty was being used disproportionately against poor minority defendents who had insufficient defense and little chance of appeal.
Becky, the Chinese execute people after a quick trial and no appeal, then send a bill for the bullet to the family of the deceased. They probably execute 100s of innocent people a year by mistake because their system railroads people.
I hope we never become that barbaric in the US.

tyrome mixon, there is no doubt you’re “insane”. I don’t know which “Justice system” or jails you are referring to but since you enjoy being locked up and confined so much without Freedom, then I suggest you come out to Sheriff Joe’s tent city in Arizona. There in the desert you will wear pink panties, eat raw food(yes I mean rotten plus green boloney, oranges with worms in it) and you will live in a triple digit heat without AC. Its already 100 degrees here. Even the hardest of criminals will dispute your opinion. You make to perfect candidate for Joe’s gulags. I’m sure you’ll feel right at home.

Snorlax, I was only referring to those who have been found overwhelmingly guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, NOT those who were convicted under questionable evidence, lack of a fair trial, circumstancial evidence, etc. I am 99% of the time against the death penalty( it’s not a deterrent for those hell-bent on destruction). I am only using China’s death penalty system as an example. There are a handful of crimes that, in my opinion, deserve the death penalty, and premeditated murder is one of them.
I do know about Illinois putting a moratorium on the death penalty, and i agree with that 100%. One innocent person on death row is one too many. I’m sure there are many more all over this country that are innocent of the crime that put them there. Lack of money, shoddy lawyers, so called eye witnesses, no evidence to prove innocence, yes, it’s disgusting how unjust our justice system can be.
China’s system is swift and inexpensive, but incredibly flawed.
