A federal judge rejected arguments from defense lawyers for two skinheads accused of plotting to assassinate President Barack Obama that Daniel Cowart and Paul Schlesselman were arrested and searched without warrants and therefore government evidence against them should be dismissed.

    Why is that judge still sitting if he/she can not do something
    about people who are trying to kill out president? Maybe he should be trying to co-ordinate with the local judges and law
    inforcement people in that region. I can not believe that there isn’t a provision that would help protect the President!

    I find it strange that this case was dismissed. Especially when the crime is so serious as “plotting to assasinate the president.” Cases like these should never be ignored, taken lightly, or dismissed because they were unlawfully searched.

    Sometimes the Justice system(depending on the Judge) is grossly flawed when it involves white criminals. The latest shooting by a old wretched white supremacist in D.C. is enough to warrant such threats to be taken seriously. This Judge needs to resign.

    Why are you saying the case was dismissed? The article makes it plain that the Defense request that the case be dismissed was not accepted. The Judge could have dismissed it but he did not and again that is plainly stated in the article…perhaps both of you should read it.
