    It was believed to be that Shawna Forde has had mental illnesses pretty much her whole life. How she was able to slip through the cracks of mental healthcare evaluation, thus avoiding institutionalized experiments, where for sure, she would be heavily sedated constantly and under control.
    Instead, she remained free to degrade herself through prostitution before seeking the life of a rabid racist Natavist turned cold-blooded murderah. Its a pity to begin with.
