Accused White Supremacist Bomber Will Remain In Federal Custody

Reversing a magistrate’s order, a federal judge ordered that white supremacist Dennis Mahon, who’s charged in a 2004 bombing that injured a black city official in Scottsdale, Ariz., will remain in federal custody because he’s dangerous and a flight risk.
