Finally, Sheriff Joe has been using tactics akin to those used to break up the IWW and other immigrant unions during the Red Scare. This racial profiling tactic has nothing to do with professional law enforcement at all. His tactics are more similar to those experienced by European villagers in Gestapo roundups. Sheriff Arpaio’s methods with immigrants do however act as a virus spreading throughout the entire force subverting the professional quality and integrity of the Maricopa County Sheriffs Department. With senior undercover officers and deputies having been observed cavorting with armed members of various hate and patriot groups at anti-Arpaio demonstrations, it will take a strong professional leader and a great deal of time to undo the sheriffs long tenure.

We can only hope that this lawsuit will help educate the people of Maricopa County and Arizona to the real nature of Sheriff Arpaios’ nature and crimes.

Looks to me like the rooster coming home to roost.

A lot of people in Arizona are crediting Arpaio for an apparent decline in undocumented alien population. The truth is that Arizona’s economy is in ruins, home building has stopped, and jobs have dried up.

Undocumented workers are like any worker, they go where the jobs are.

While the unemployment rate in Az is at a staggering 9.4%. Arpaio obviously isn’t credited for alien populace declination. Albiet interesting, racist inbreeds still loathed at the thought that arpaio is the main reason for such decline in illegal alien residency. But as the latter poster mention. Its the lack of jobs. Contrary to this popular argument, if the economy wasn’t as bad as it is now. The alien population in Nazicopa County would be unmoved by arpaio’s 3rd world tyranny. But rather by the state’s employer sanctioned and anti-smuggling laws. Thus, because of the current economic straits, its difficult to see if these laws actually work.

I am utterly amazed that the federal government has not stomped on Arpaio like the cockroach he is. Are there not federal statutes protecting us from racila profiling on the books. I hope to live to see the day Joe Arpaio is perp walked to one of his own tent cities. In a pink jumpsuit no less.
