Two white Suffolk County teenagers allegedly beat up an Ecuadorean immigrant in Patchogue, around the corner from where another Ecuadorean, Marcelo Lucero, was stabbed to death last year in a similar hate crime attack.

As a resident of Suffolk County, the matter of hate crimes goes beyond the immigrant, legal or otherwise. It is too easy to simply call what is happening against the immigrnt as being a bias crime.
Maybe if the crooked politicians within Suffolk County were investigated, there wouldn’t be so much violence. We must remember, violence is a form of expression when no one else is listening.
Jobs, jobs, jobs for everyone is needed.
