Mario Vera Rivera was beaten by three black men who called him “mojado,” or wetback, and told him, “You don’t belong here!…Get out of here!” Vera suffered traumatic brain injury and cannot speak nor remember his family.

WOW! Black guys beating up a Mexican. Now THAT is low, considering hate crimes committed AGAINST blacks in the past. These creeps should be tried, convicted, and locked away for a long time. Black people everywhere should be ashamed of these three scumbags.

My thoughts and heart go out to Mr. Rivera, his wife, daughter, relatives and friends.
It is heart wrenching to know many such crimes are not reported due to the fear that Ana Marie Gallardo was undergoing at that time. I am happy that Ana Marie over came her fear and reported this horrid crime. Hopefully the three hateful men will be caught and procecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.
America the beautiful…is less beautiful due to the many HATE crimes that take place.

I am so sorry for the family of this victim who suffered such violent abuse. i hope they catch those scum bags and put them in prison for the rest of their lives! How about a prison in Mexico?
