Murder charges were filed in the slaying of a gay teenager whose decapitated, partially burned body was found, while U.S. authorities said they were still considering whether to make it a hate crime case.

    I am glad that the charge is murder. It seems to me that a lot of people think that a hate crime is the charge for insulting someone by name-calling.

    Maybe we should change that crime’s name to express the truth that the perpetrators are lying in wait and/or conspiring to permanently injure or kill a person.

    The FBI will list suspect Matos, a Hispanic, as a white perpetrtor.

    However, Matos, as well as the victim in this case will be classified as Hispanic if they were both vcitms of a hate cirme.

    Thereby inflaring the number of white hate crime perpetrators and minimizing whites as victims.

    well whats taking so long. Don’t they know hate when they are confronted with it. Just because the victem was gay does not make this any harder to scream HATE CRIME than any other disgusting things the hate filled groups have planned
