Ex-Klan Wizard’s Son Sues Palm Beach County GOP for Party Seat

The son of a former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard on Wednesday sued the Palm Beach County Republican Party, asking a judge to force it to seat him on the party’s executive committee. Although Derek Black captured roughly 60 percent of the votes in the August 2008 primary election, the party refused to let him assume the post.
