What a victory for justice! I guess a delay in American justice is better than no justice at all; but, nearly fifty years is ridiculous. Most defendants will be dead before a case is concluded. When American citizens are being terrorized, I know, we can do much better than that America! Change the game, take the politics and money [fame and fortune] out of discerning the truth; and uncover justice in a timely manner. Wake Up, America!
