This is ENOUGH! What a bunch of cowards, and these are army? Time for the DOD to start screening their applicants so we can find these psychotic gutless “men” BEFORE they commit such heinous ccrimes- I wonder what they will do when they find them, selves in that situation?

This kind of event is not a new ‘happening’ but is really
time for us all to look to future, try to prevent everyday horrors like this. I pray for all of our children everyday and I always add a little extra plea for kids growing up in hating
families. Obviously that’s where such attitudes grow from,
in most cases. I see no SOLDIERS here, so let’s not be
blaming the military of our wonderful AMERICA. Although
screening is a good idea, well said, Mr. Rodgers

What a shame. Good thing that Mr Johnson survived. Hope he connects with his family and gets some help with his homeless issues…maybe some counselling will help?

William is right in that over a third of military veterans wind up homeless. However, these cowards might be an exception in that they will probably find a hate cult/family to be a part of when they get out. I hope they go to Leavenworth, hard labor, makin’ big rocks into little ones.

What sort of people are allowed into the army? Would not want to be associated with these sorts of people anywhere. We have the beginnings of a police state in AZ and thugs in the military. I fear for our country.

If these men are soldiers, then their military commanders are just as guilty as they are. I was in the Army for 21 years and was a commander of soldiers. I can guarantee you that if these men (?) were in my command, I would definitely know about their attitudes and behaviors. You cannot insure the effectiveness of your command without this knowledge. The DOD better do more than screening! They had better find out what their soldiers are thinking and doing!!!!!!

if these suspects are convicted, they may become popular in prison. when they’re released from prison, they’ll have difficulty finding work. justice will prevail.

Absolutely dispicable!

One EASY way to screen these cowards who “think” they are “real” Americans, and not let them into the military would be to REALLY “listen” to what they have to say, watch their actions, and talk to others who know them.. Skinheads tends to stand out in a crowd. I guess the military is so desperate for people to “sign up” that they take just about anyone, as long as they answer the questions “right” and are physically fit. Obviously, the psychological testing has been insufficient.

Pigs such as these are in the military because we have been at war for what…9 years now? Do folks remember when the Army started taking kids with no HS graduation? How about minor records? How about 3-4 tours of duty? Does anyone remember VP Biden stating that there were, or would be, ex-military who whould become our own home-grown terrorists? Are you aware of the far-fight terrorist groups (per Hatewatch) that are so popular with both ex- and current military personnel even though such activity and membership in such groups are prohibited by the DOD?
No…the entire military is not part of this…most are loyal and decent, but there appears to be a growing involvement of personnel.
So yes. These individuals are symptomatic of what’s already “out there” and what more is to come.

I wonder if these men were like this before they joined the military? So many teenagers today are being “recruited” and brain-washed by violent video games like Modern Warfare and Call of Duty.

Two movies come to mind: John Cusack in Max and Malcolm McDowell in A Clockwork Orange. Looks like Mr Johnson is a pretty lucky man in a way cause some of these freaks have been known to use gasoline on the homeless. Reminds me of the Nazis murdering the disabled. Maybe a kind of indirect “tax reduction”.
