For a list of companies that actually DO support equal rights, just visit the Human Rights Campaign website. They repeatedly list companies that support them and often tell what each company has done, such as making employment opportunities easier, etc.

Personally I don’t qualify any fast food as actual food, but there are times when it is a necessary evil.

i am a burger king man myself, when i can afford and i am afraid of clowns, but this is about the most ridiculous type of moral posturing i have seen in a while. if there were as many gays as miz laurie claims and they were trying to take over the world then we would all be carrying man bags and following the yellow brick road. but i think ill go buy some fries today just to spite miss westboro runner up laurie higgins. teach you’re children to love and they will eat healthy food. teach them to hate and they will only eat unhealthy food. why not teach tolerance instead of hate? people that take this kind of stuff seriously should be marginalized in our society, not given publicity.

Oh man. What to do? My instinct is to anti-boycott to support equality and McDonalds deserve credit here, BUT I am boycotting them as a FIFA World Cup sponsor…

(Oh, and I’m also a vegetarian. So while I commend McDonalds on this occasion, I can’t anti-boycott I’m afraid.)

Think: Why was this restaurant chain named “Wendy’s”? Well, what girl of the Baby Boom generation never read the Wendy comic books as a child, huh? Who and what was Wendy? A little witch! An agent of evil who competed with boys and, as I recall, didn’t play with normal girl toys because — you guessed it — her witchly lesbian caretakers indoctrinated her into the lesbian lifestyle. Because Wendy was such a cheerful, happy girl witch, it planted a subliminal message into the minds of American girls that ultimately resulted in the sexual revolution of the 1960’s, resulting in wives leaving their husbands for lesbian lovers, destroying families and weakening the country. And that’s how that worked.

White Castle — Like a fairy tale — a magical white castle! Magic — evil. Castle –aha! The message is that if you embrace evil, you’ll be rewarded with the wealth of royalty!
And who lives in the castle? The queen! In fact, a flamboyant, feather-boa flaunting queen promoting the homosexual lifestyle!

I am for any boycott of MacDonald’s but not for these reasons this is an agenda of hate. MacDonald’s should be boycotted for the right reasons like its small beef patties that have globs of grease 1/8′ to dime size, that look and taste just like beef. I know about these because I worked at one of their food factories, yes factories not restaurants. The only thing good at MacDonald’s if it’s not to hot is the coffee with cream no sugar for me anything else like Martin Spurlock smells great first bite and it turns to dust.

If it wouldn’t be for the immense pain they cause, I would feel sympathy for these over-zealous homophobic activists. Is it brainwashing through religion, insecurity about their own sexuality, being uncomfortable about sex in general, or maybe just the need to feel superior? Why do these people not see love and embrace it? How can they still believe that loving another of the same sex is a choice? Seriously, there is something very wrong with these people. Love is love is love…….and that cannot be anything except beautiful.

Militant anti-gay activist Higgins needs to read the Bible’s opinion on women teaching men. It’s shocking that one claiming to be a Christian would deliberately disobey God’s Word.

In the meantime, I stopped eating at McDonald’s several years ago when they kowtowed to large pro-homophobia advocacy groups and ended ther association with a gay business group. It’s funny that unrepentant homophobe Higgins is so concerned about McDonalds and doesn’t even see that they are on her side. As for me, until McDonald’s stops allowing anti-gay activists to control it, they will not see another dime from me.

Until someone analyzes the content of McDonalds’ European fare, I would reserve judgement on it’s healthfulness. The EU countries tolerate a lot less crap in their food than Americans do: I can just about guarantee that the beef is hormone free, antibiotic free (which means no feedlot either), and there will be no HFCS in anything.

There is an issue that makes me rather unhappy – and that is the not-so-subtle way that a fast-food chain attempts to equate the struggle of sexual identity with it’s fat infested unhealthy product line.
Do gay individuals crave several more pounds of fat on their bodies? Do they want to advance culinary fraud as that which aids the struggle for self examination? I think not.
A company that serves the public will have as part of that public; a percentage of gay individuals; obviously.
But what is a profound lie is that somehow a prodigious lipid merchant “CARES” about an individual group beyond their wallets.
Laurie Higgins is as foolish as MacDonald’s is superficial.
