It appears the judge felt Chris Simcoxs' statements to be obsurd, and ruled based on physical evidence of domestic violence and the fact that he found Mr Simcox to have a lack of credibility due to him being convicted of telling a lie to federal agents in 2002. http://www.courtminutes.marico.....377016.pdf
