Why is it Kobach always tells local lawmakers the laws are foolproof, then collects a million bucks to litigate them when the injunctions start pouring in? Farmers Branch, Texas paid this guy how much? Arizona? Does anyone see a pattern here?

And look what came of it: the law was struck down with the inevitable lawsuits that anybody with an LLM and a shingle could tell them was going to happen.

This guy is the Don King of the legal world. Other people get beat up and he takes the money.

In case you folks haven't been keeping up; the kids from Ajo* (AZ) are going to have to show proof of citizenship before they get bussed to school now.

http://www.federalobserver.com/2010/05/05/arizona-yesterday-and-today-the-cost-of-educating-illegal-invaders/

It seems that busing kids to school is costing too much or some of the AZ laws aren't going to allow Mexican kids to be educated in the USA anymore.

I'm in no mood to comment on this since the quality of Arizona schools is SO ABYSMALLY LOW that I don't think the kids are missing much in any instance.
IF I was a parent of a school age child, I would really consider whether keeping my child in a school system that ranks in the lowest ten percent of the Nation is worth the trouble.
Mexican schools are in all likelihood a cut above [those in AZ] anyway.

*Ajo (pronounced A-ho) is a small town not too far from the Boarder.
