This sounds like the appropriate sum that should be considered in some of the “wrongfully convicted” lawsuits where unfortunate victims of prosecutorial exuberance to get coveted conviction rates and accumulate “man-years” result in inappropriate prison time. I often wonder why those responsible for these “railroad jobs” are never prosecuted for anything or even censured for the obvious use of false statements and perjury in order to get these convictions. Florida, in it’s pompous, self-righteous effort to lock up anyone and everyone for something or other – or at least get as much of the populus under some sort of “supervision”- is infamous for such chicanery, and surely would top the list in this issue. Just some food for thought.

Nothing says nutty like suing for more money than there is in circulation.

Does anyone have information about whether some of these people have progressed to violence if they are not picked up and taken for psychiatric treatment?
I do not think that prisons would provide anything but encouragement for their conspiracy theories. What would actually be the charges for threatening a frivolous lawsuit when the perpetrator is actually serious and believes his own lies?

This man’s “case” needs to be summarily dismissed and the “sovereign citizen” needs to be ordered to pay the other side’s attorney fees.
And by the way, I am sure that what this fellow understands about the UCC could fit on the head of a pin.

I can’t believe that in this time in history, we have
such cloddish people wasting valuble court time. I
would hope any honorable judge anywhere would throw
this trash out the door. And perhaps even order
community service as a mild reminder that our world
has REAL problems needing resolution. j
