Defense attorneys on Wednesday assured a 3rd District Court judge that a make-up artist will need just 10 minutes to cover Curtis Michael Allgier’s numerous tattoos and make them invisible to jurors, not hours as the judge had envisioned.

    I don’t think they should cover up his tatoos. Obviously, he wanted the world to see them BEFORE he was arrested, so let it be. His actions speak for themselves. He’ll probably burst out in court against the advice of his lawyer and prove his anti-everything.

    Ironic isn’t it. That a person so proud of the whiteness of his skin would choose to darken most of it with permanent ink. GO FIGURE!

    THE JURY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE HIS HATEFUL TATTOOS JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE HE TERRORIZES SAW THEM.

    Speaking just from a practical point, the prosecution would easily get the maximum sentence if they did cover up this guy’s ink. Imagine, you’re a juror on this trial and you see the guy with no tattoos for the majority of it. Then you give him a slightly lighter sentence or don’t find him guilty on all counts. Come sentencing, you see him as he is. You’re going to give him the maximum amount of time possible. It’s human nature to be angry over being deceived.
