A man featured on the TV program “America’s Most Wanted” lived for years in central Missouri without arousing neighbors’ suspicions before his arrest last week. Snyder, who has led the Indiana chapter of the National Socialist Movement, was convicted of raping and torturing his ex-wife. He was released from prison in 2003 after serving four years of a 20-year sentence.
