A nut that makes such an irresponsible accusation and then riots because like a two year old he did not get his way needs to be locked up to protect the sane members of our society. Throw the book at him and then throw away the key.

The retired naval officer in this case is basing his argument that Barak Obama is unqualified to be president, and hence commander in chief, because the constitution requires that a president be born in this country. It is difficult to comprehend how many Americans are still clinging to the thoroughly disproven notion that our president was born anywhere but Hawaii, in the United States. My personal all-time favorite take on this matter was when one of the major media outlets drily suggested that these people believe that the president “was born in Kenya, or Indonesia, or perhaps both”.

This is what America gets for not teaching social studies and civics, the sad truth is schools have been bad for more time than realized.

One of the problems–besides their stupidity–is that these people are so insular they’ve never seen a modern birth certificate. They believe a birth certificate looks like the copied forms with handwriting and signatures on them. They will be very surprised when they sign up for Social Secirity (the socialist program they will fight to keep) and discover theirs looks exactly like our president’s.
