As in the US, where neo-cons can incite violence (take Bill O’Reilly’s Dr. Tiller screeds), and yet can claim the mantle of complete noninvolvement, how many German nationalists spew their venom just on up to the legal line? Here, in the US, and ultimately for the better, there isn’t a line to speak of.

I’m wondering why O’Reilly hasn’t been charged with inciting the murder of Dr. Tiller. SPLC was instrumental in in prosecuting KKK members of the same thing. Is it the fact that he’s a tv personality with some kind of mainstream acceptability? I’m outraged that O’Reilly hasn’t faced any charges for his part in inciting the murder of Dr. Tiller.
