Two men have been arrested in a plot to attack a U.S. military recruiting post in Seattle. The men, ex-convicts and Muslim coverts, allegedly planned to take over the post and shoot  military personnel there to gain media attention.

Six New York teens charged with murder are now under indictment for committing a hate crime in the beating death of Anthony Collao. The teens allegedly bludgeoned the 18-year-old with a pipe, cane and stick, mistakenly believing he was gay.

The trial of suspected white supremacist gang member Jessie Raffensberger is to begin today on charges of aggravated assault and kidnapping. The Costa Mesa, Calif., man allegedly lured a man to a hotel and pistol-whipped him in order to extort money to continue gang activities.

New evidence in the trial of white nationalist and alleged cop-killer Richard Poplawski details his motives and preparation for the standoff that followed the shooting deaths of three Pittsburgh officers. Police searches have revealed photos of Poplwaski with assault weapons and ammunition, visits to a white nationalist website and evidence of trips to a remote camp used for target practice. Prosecutors have also linked the bullet that killed one of the slain officers to Poplawski’s AK-47.

The state of Texas is weighing offering license plates emblazoned with the Confederate flag. The Texas branch of the Sons of Confederate Veterans is spearheading the initiative, which is currently under consideration for the second time in months.

Two of three California teens appeared in court today to face charges of vandalizing their high school with anti-Semitic and racist graffiti. All three students have pleaded not guilty, and are also noted to be “4.0 students.”
