Harpham of Kettle Falls WA, originally told the F.B.I. that his son was with him on January 17th but now has recanted the alibi. Yesterday, Cecil Harpham was involved in a motorcycle accident near Cusick WA which is about 45 miles southeast of Colville WA. Cecil Harpham is listed in critical condition at the Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane WA..Fortunately, Mr. Harpham was wearing a helmet when he was thrown from his Harley Davidson 2000 motorcycle...His son's trial in Spokane starts two weeks from tomorrow (8/22/2011)...hopefully, he will be healed up enough to attend...
