Just because William Soto is Filipino does not mean he is not racist. Yes, according to what some people would say, that he is a minority, I'm willing to bet this guy thinks he is superior to blacks. This is something that happens at different job sites, a minority will be put in charge to discipline other minorities, and this helps employers fight harassment and discrimination lawsuits - they will say, "well gee, it can't be discriminatory because they're both minorities." We also see a lot of this with police excessive force cases, they usually send in officers of minority backgrounds and this helps most lawsuits get dismissed.
