I believe the victims were of homosexuals. It is still a hate crime to assualt someone based on sexual preference. Their dogwhistles are increasingly audible to non-dogs, and their comment boards are eloquent. There are thousands of Dedmons, Breiviks, and Loughners out there just waiting to be primed to action, and Fox is priming them. They barely skirt the laws on sedition, and as for the matter they broadcast to the Armed Forces, it doesn't even skirt. Furthermore, Murdoch and his unnaturally- generated foal, Ailes, are in all likelihood blackmailers of the kidney of (for Sherlock Holmes fanciers) Charles Augustus Milverton, or (for Octopus fanciers) Professor Ramonte. Designating Fox a hate organization may have no effect legally, but at least it elucidates whether they can be called "news". Please consider it. If there was a total of eight men, two were identified as black, what were the other two? This is a hate crime, based on yelling racial slurs and beating. Yet, since six were identified as black, are they the only ones to be charged (meaning facing any charges - beating, hate crime), were the other two suspects let go? Or will the other two face lesser charges? the case in Ann Arbor, what is the ethnic identities of the other two men?
