    The Defendant says the victim provoked him by making unwanted sexual advances. This, he maintains, entitled him to kill the victim. If this were the law, there would not be a man left alive: the women they hit on would have shot them and been acquitted on all charges.

    A better way to handle an unwanted sexual advance would be to practice NancyReaganism and “just say no.”
