One of them was detonated out at the Colville Gun Club and ripped a side mirror off of a patrol car that was about 100 yards away. Incredibly powerful and potentially lethal. Could Harpham have just left the backpack bomb as a warning like some leave burning crosses to threaten and intimidate?? It would be a hate crime nonetheless..
