How smart and wise can a jury be these days? Well…how can two skinheads beating the bah-jesus out of two Mexicans while yelling “White Power” not be a hate crime? In this case “White Power” was a reference to laundry soap, sometimes referred to as the power of clean?

Our follicly challenged friends were just a little upset that the Latino’s clothing wasn’t as laundered as they thought it should have been.

So what did we learn today that the SF jury already knew? That two swastika adorned skinheads yelling “White Power” while beating the crap out of two minorities doesn’t have to be about hate. It can be about the love of clean clothing! (Another sickening verdict…GEEEEZ!)

As the Presidential Election of 2012 grows nearer and nearer. I am extremely concerned about the process that has been created originally Capitalized by the Republican Party. That process where they emphatically drew sharp distinctions between “Liberals and Real Americans”, now they have reaped the whirlwind and many of the mainstream GOP regret what they unleashed in this country. However, it’s too late for them to look innocent now. That is why no sane Main Stream Republican wants to get into the GOP primary now. They see too much hate
on the part of the Tea Party and their base.
