For the life of me I don’t know what to make of a likely coded front, “Iranians For Aryans” – http://facebook.com/IranianforAryans. Sounds sketchy.

It has 2 subs:

1. Charles Bartlett – San Jose State University – someone who is a teacher out in CA and a fundy Christian with over 800 followers.
2. Derek Turner – Newpark Comprehensive School

Thank you to those who contacted the Virginia State Police and Facebook. As a registered sex offender, he would have limitations when it comes to social networking sites — especially ones that could possibly allow for the interaction with children. He also would have to register each of his email addresses with the police (if he had 50, he would have to give them all 50). That said, he would be able to re-create a Facebook account under a new email address, but it would still be a violation of his parole or probation, especially if it’s an email address that he has not given to the police.

Besides a violation of Facebook policy, would this not also constitute a violation of his status as a convicted sex offender? Is there no federal statute blocking assumed identities of convicted felons?. (Asking this, because some states have such a statute.)

While you’d have to look in PACER to be sure, he’s very likely violating the terms of his federal probation. The federal government has been universally seeking internet restrictions for defendants convicted in child pornography cases. In fact, there is a good chance that he thinks he can get around the internet ban by using a false name.

More proof that there is no better refutation of the claims of White Supremacy than White Supremacists themselves.

I just reported him to Facebook with documentation from the Virginia Sex Offender Registry.The fact that he is using a fake name(which one is not supposed to do on FB) is the least problematic.As a convicted,registered sex offender he should not be on Facebook or any other social media site.

You are literally right, Shadow Wolf. During the trial Kevin’s ex-wife mentioned that she found he had photoshopped the girls’ faces(they were 15 or 16 at the time) onto pornographic photos. The fact that April Gaede is still friends with him bears witness to how delusional she is, and how little she cares about her daughters. Watch Nazi Pop Twins for another example of Gaede allowing a pedophile to speak inappropriately about her daughters while they were listening.

(The pedophile in that case was the late David Lane.)
