		<description><![CDATA[Are we supposed to believe this? That the IRS cut a check for $327K and not one actual person reviewed the documents? Are there so many refunds greater than 10 times the median US income that they cannot feasibly be checked even superficially?

   If so, then there is a much bigger story that the sovereign citizen&#039;s movement.]]></description>
