Sikhs are nervous. Looking at the Hate Map I wonder about all those KKKs up in Michigan. Why don't we hear more about them, NJ, or California, the state not proudly with the most? Lack or resources, people like hearing most about hate in the South, or some other factor? And how do you locate and confirm sites? My contention was that in the case of one murder, hate is more properly an element of premeditation and malice aforethought, and since that, without more, is enough to invoke (depending on jurisdiction) the death penalty or life without parole, calling it a separate crime is superfluous and can confuse a jury.
