In what cases were these supposed documents filed? If they were public then republish them. How about docket names if you don’t want to republish them here?

SPLC is notorious for innuendo. I want to see the documents.

How much you want to bet the application of that law is only targeted at minorites, liberals and progressives. It will never be enforced against hate groups.

Death threats are not protected speech. In Arizona, are you aware that the REPUBLICANS are now introducing a law to make “harassment”, “threatening”, “bullying” and spewing profanities at individuals–illegal offenses? H.B.2549 will criminalize such “speech”, like those blathered by “Terrible Tommy”. All of these acts are consistent with WN cyber tactics. If this law passed in Arizona, and given to the fact that Arizona is a hotbed of racists cesspool. That should put away a lot of rabid WNs.

So, I read through this whole (admittedly rather interesting) article, only to discover that the “crime” that Metzger is being accused of here (by the SPLC, not any duly lawful authorities), is one of…selling a copy of a book he authored & published. God luck with that one! First Amendment and all that.

Factually, this man is likely responsible for deaths and injuries across many state lines, and this is a case where it’s entirely proper to add a hate crimes charge separately, and in addition, to the others.
