My main message was – just go out and clean up whatever road/street/highway you want. There is no need to create a sign of your accomplishments. Just go out and get it done. Why should anyone get signage for doing a community service and cleaning up your own neighborhood? It is totally unnecessary and an expense any state can save by not putting any up in the 1st place.
