    10 MONTHS…WHAT A JOKE!!! We never learn! Mark my words. Looney Tune Bill Williams will be back into society soon and crazier than he is now. Innocent civilians will pay the ultimate price for this! 10 months…really? Thanks judge!

    10 months doesn’t seem enough for me.

    He seems to be playing the “epiphany” card. He wants to do his life all over again…yeah, “No more Mr. Nice Guy,” I guess.
