South Carolina Man Gets 4 Years in Prison for Hate Crime

According to an FBI press release dated Nov. 13, 2012, Chase McClary, 24, of Johnsonville, South Carolina, was sentenced in federal court to four years in prison, followed by three years’ supervised release, for his racially motivated attack of an African-American teenager.
