If you don’t like a drug dealer why not have the police do something about it. There are many reformed drug dealers who turn over new leafs through the NA and drug programs. During the 60s, 70s, 80s, the CIA was manufacturing LSD and distributing it allover the country, plus making mescaline that was fed to Vietnam troops. I mean, how do you know who someone is really, and what if it was an FBI agent trying to get the bigger dude himself. You can’t go around killing people and it is gross and terribly cruel.

Clark, Aadila does indeed know what she is talking about and writes it down better than you do. She is more idealistic than I am by far and you and I probably agree on quite a few points. A concept new to me that she has enlightened me with is the folly of the ” individualism” pre packaged by the Corporate Whores to allow us to feel special. Her Buddhist–ish concept of the interconnectedness of all life is all too rare in our greed based society.

And as for you “aadila”… you have no idea what you’re talking about… we won’t eradicate “greed” and the misguided individuals who become influenced by those who come into power and “influence” as a result of their “greedy, and corrupt ways” from our system until we eliminate the system that allows it to find ways to get rewarded and prosper… meaning… the MONEY SYSTEM. As long as we use a rewards system that you can easily hide how you got your “points” (meaning cover up how you got your money) we’re going to have corruption… and it is those corrupt individuals who have “money” who are the ones who are misguiding and influencing the general populations in all societies all over the world…. So, why do these wealthy and powerful people spend so much effort, energy, and their TIME keeping a bunch of “crap” started between peoples… the answer really is quite simple, thow most won’t understand it even once they’ve been told… and the answer is “it’s because they’re STUPID PEOPLE… most of then are illiterate, and the rest of them have a “mental problem”… so why do so many of us so willfully follow them, because most of us are only looking at the end result of what someone has… not how they may have gotten it. All I have to do is throw a set of Mercedes Benz keys up on the counter at “any bar” and within 15 minutes I’ll have at least 5 ladies phone numbers… it ridiculous, and I don’t even own a Mercedes. Is there a solution… yeah, there’s a solution… it’s called THE VENUS PROJECT.

Ha ha ha… they’re going to attack a little kid on the street… when TON’s of drugs come into our shipping ports… EVERYDAY! Hell, the Bush family, and the Kennedy family (and all the rest) made their money with illegal activity… but these three REALLY smart individuals went after a 19 year old kid selling “crack” on the street… claiming that this would help solve the problem… ha ha ha LOL. American’s are some really stupid people. Stop letting yourselves be lied to… think for YOURSELF.

Now watch some CLOWN say… “it was heroin, not crack”… missing the whole point entirely.

Thank you for your post it was very nice.
Yes I do believe that we should find communities that support unity and do not embrace the ignorance of hate and divide.
These people equate drug dealers to death and I for one am very much against drug dealing. I have seen the most adverse affects on our neighborhoods, but we have laws and these individuals could have turned this guy in, taken pictures got the law involved but to exact this type of violence is unconscionable.
No doubt they would do the same to anyone who did not fit within the paradigms of their distorted realities of the human race.
It reminds me of an article I read where a group of skinheads killed a white mail on train tracks in order to earn the red shoe laces they wear that shows they have killed. Is the white community aware that these people are killing their own race because their hate and ignorance knows no boundaries.
Any allegiance to such hate groups such as these should be made illegal (period).
If we want to stop the violence we need to stop the propaganda that fans it.

I am moved by your compassion and share your view. How I cope with this sort of reality is to consider the evolution of consciousness in humanity.

All of us are part of the evolution of humanity in terms of what we think, feel and do. At times, people pull us back to darker, more violent times. At times, people lead us forward into brighter, more peaceful times.

This is not to minimize the huge challenges facing humanity since our destructive features as a species have now reached global proportions. But if you look around, even here, you can see there are people who rise above it.

I think all we can do is seek to be the part of humanity that betters our species. We cannot eradicate violence unless we first tame the violence in our hearts. And the same for all ideals.

If we can embody but one aspect of higher thought and expression in our lifetime than we started with, if we can perfect just one virtue, this is by definition evolution to a better world. Do not look to the monsters of our species to define us. Look to your own more evolved consciousness and be encouraged. You and people like you are the redeemers of humanity.

The violence is horrific. The fact that three college-aged men are so profoundly uninformed and misinformed is a societal problem. While I would be a target (as a gay Jew), I still wish that I could figure out what it is that connects young people to nitwits like David Duke.
