There’s nothing about the extreme gang/drug-related gun violence carried out by non-whites in every major inner-city area in the country, on a daily basis, even if it’s minority vs. other minority, or minority-on-white. That, and depending on the context, whites may or may not be a race to you; if it fits your YT-is-evil narrative, no matter how hard you have to spin and shoehorn it, they are. If they are credited with anything positive, then the question of “What, exactly, is a white person?” crops up at some point or another. Surely you realize your own hypocrisy and doubletalk?

You of such superior morals and intellect, surely you are also humble enough to admit your own shortcomings and amend them accordingly?

Passing through? I can see pretty plainly your definitions of “hate” and “racism” are very narrow and exclusive. Why is that?

Is this the part where, in actual, factual reality, you’re going to tell me that whites are the only people capable of racism and hate? If so, do you not realize you’re willingly participating in an era where it’s okay to be racist against whites, like it was okay for whites to be racist against blacks in 1800? That this era will pass, and when it does, that next generation will be hunting people like you down the same way you hold witch hunts against whites, for these alleged, bullshit “sins of our fathers” crimes they did not commit, but are nonetheless held accountable for? And do you realize how often you folks use the term “racism” on a daily basis? Don’t you have better things to do?

Most importantly, are you people truly so deluded that you think by contributing to this – a generalizing, demonizing hate site itself – you’re really doing anything to heal the racial divide you claim to so detest? You only *think* you’re on the right side of history, in this moment in time, because you may drudge up the past to fit your narratives, and hold accountable the present and blameless, because the political clime makes it okay for now. But the future is unknown. Do you ever question how your actions and words now will affect the tomorrow of our children? Do you think by singling out a single race for smearing and demonizing, you’re doing anything different than the racists of yesterday?

In this, you are doomed to repeat history for having learned nothing from it. It’s up to you to break this cycle.

As a lot of you know, we’ve developed a problem with the antagonistic nature of the comment threads on Hatewatch. As a result, and after talking to some of you, we’ve decided to try and restore some civility and sense of community.

From now on, we’re just not going to publish comments that include name-calling of any kind, no matter whose side of a particular issue you’re on. We’re not going to publish guttural expressions of racism, anti-Semitism, gay-bashing, misogyny and so on. We will publish white nationalist arguments, but only if they’re presented civilly and calmly, like the fellow from Stormfront who recently made an effort to politely argue with other commenters here. We will not publish bogus claims about certain groups’ alleged inferiority, and we won’t publish links to racist sites or sites that contain misleading or false statistics. Finally, we plan to stop publishing comments from a few posters who have become a real problem on our threads.

This is not an attempt to censor people’s thinking, but it is an effort to make Hatewatch more of a community of people discussing important issues. We don’t want it to degenerate yet another Internet shouting match.

John, I call ‘em as I see ‘em. And I’m laughing my head off at your definition of a “non-partisan source.” I notice you haven’t posted it, or answered any of us on this subject.

Also, I notice you didn’t read the rest of what I wrote, so here it is again:

I think it would be unlikely for anyone to reach the level of Gandhi’s achievements without first clearing up, at an intellectual level, erroneous distinctions among people, such as defining character by race, and unjustifiable assertions, such as claiming whites are racially disadvantaged in America.

Therefore, long before any white nationalist could claim parity with Gandhi it seems that errors of perception and false opinions would first fall away. Thus, I believe a white nationalist could indeed become like Gandhi, but not also remain a white nationalist.

Why do you want to be “part of a special victim group?” This tells me that you really haven’t been a “victim” in any real sense–outside of your own butthurt squawlings that you aren’t being given everything you want, which includes others bowing down before your, well, before whatever you are.

There are groups that have been truly victimized in this country, although I would say that the majority of the members of such groups don’t go around proclaiming their own victimhood, although they may be rightfully indignant on behalf of others, including their friends, relatives, kids, who have been mistreated for no good reason beyond race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation.

So stop the boo-hooing and go find something productive to do! Your victimization is just a figment of your own entitled mind.

Who is the biggest victim of oppression?

I wrote a book about Maryland during the American Civil War.

The issues of who is the biggest oppressor/victim sometimes are blurred when civil disorder increases to the level of civil war. The family I wrote about in Maryland had those issues. The leader of the family, John H. Sothoron, was a Maryland politician and an ultra pro-slavery advocate. However, I am a collateral relative of him. My grandfather and myself had “nappy” hair during our young years. It may be that Sothoron, a slave owner, was also multi-racial.

A phenomena is that persons who appear to be racially “pure” oppress others. That thinking is incorrect. I have studied genealogy for years. I once estimated that each of us has a million ancestors as of the year 1500, if you allow for a 25 year interval of births.

No one can tell me that among the million ancestors, there are not at least a few that are “undesirable” of whatever racial or genetic classification idiots dislike or hate.

Simple mathematics defeats ideas of racial superiority.

Let me just add one more personal thing, Edward. I smack down those canned arguments but I know they’re not your arguments. I’ve seen them before, and that tells me there may be hope for you yet. I know you’re new to the movement by the way you wield those claims; that means you haven’t tumbled all the way down the rabbit hole. So no matter what others say here, I haven’t written you off.

If you’re new, it’s probably because you’re still young, and if you’re young, you still have time. You can start questioning the information these WN conmen are feeding you, or you can go all in and waste years of your life fighting a losing battle, all the while having to look over your shoulder lest one of your honorable brothers stab you in the back.

You don’t have to admit it here, but be honest, if you read my initial smackdown of your historical claims you have to have felt that there definitely is a lot more to these topics than your WN buddies told you. Ruslan: I agree with you on this…the “Man of A Thousand Faces” says in his notes that he “never reads” what we write, but I’m sure he does — he knows our names and does indeed answer back at time. He just pretends to ignore us when we answer. He probably takes our answers back to his gurus, and they give him the canned response. He has no ideas of his own. I sense that from his whininess and some of his posts…he wants other people to do his work for him.

He has a passion, misguided as it is, and for his sake, I do wish he could find something better for his passion. A lot of these overheated junior Fascists could just as easily have been turned to other, more beneficial causes, had they been exposed to them by the right people at the right place, and at the right time.

The same might be true for John, but I think he’s in deeper. But, then, maybe I’m just “projecting.”
