This is why hate is so horrible in any form, truly there are some very nasty monstrous white supremacists and bigots out there in the world and they give the White Race a bad name and face, but intelligent people know that there are some very intelligent White people who do not subscribe to their stupidity and are friends and neighbors who do not intentionally try to harm others based on ethnicity, religion or sexual persuasion.

So it is simply not viable to hate all white people.

There are some very nasty bigots where we live. And I do mean nasty and ugly in the most extreme since of the word. Their existence is nothing more than a cancerous scar upon mankind.

But I know that they are monsters among themselves and that they have no place amongst truly loving and intelligent White people. No truly loving and intelligent White person would have anything to do with them. That’s why they must hang with their hating cliques.

considering that the only time these guys ever show up is when Fox News needs to bring out the “scary black man” narrative – and of course, the “its not the Republicans who are suppressing people from being able to vote, look at the scary black men and please ignore the fact that even in our scare video opening doors for old ladies to get into the polling place” narrative, i wouldn’t be surprised if they were on Roger Alies payroll.

What troubles me about the polling place incident was not the militant behavior, but that this one incident has been used repeatedly to justify the acts of racist and vigilante-style poll watchers to harass and intimidate non-white and elderly voters.

During the last general elections when the right wing labored to influence the outcome by concocting a wave of voter supression laws, some party deans frankly acknowledged in some cases that the express purpose was to limit the numbers of Democratic voters who would be eligible to cast a ballot — almost exclusively on the basis of race and ethnicity.

In other words, a highly-publicized yet ultimately futile demonstration of racial animus in a solitary incident is unacceptable to the right wing, but a wholesale mandate to obstruct or eliminate representation at the polls by black and Latino voters is somehow not only justifiable, but vitally necessary to the entire electoral process.
